When a session will not run, or Forget has removed a computer, start here. First-time setup is in Quickstart, and doing the work is in Using OneWorld.
Session will not run
Look at Credits. If Credits shows 0, nothing runs, so ask an organization admin.
Note
Session creation is private beta, so a first session can fail for that reason too.
The session runs on a registered computer. Connect one in Quickstart if none is on the Computers page.
Organization not visible
Sign in with the email address that was invited. That invite step is in Quickstart.
Forget
If you click Forget, the app does not reverse that by itself. Open the app and click Register computer once to use the computer with the same account again. You can also sign out after Forget and use another account on that machine.
Localized session looks empty
Localized sessions currently include only the model response text. Keep working from the session in OneWorld if you need more than that.
Codex localize failed
Codex localize needs an official subscription account, not API access.
