The record is the work itself, so this memory grows without anyone maintaining it. Someone who joins next month can open the thinking behind a decision made long before they arrived, and carry it on from there. Every session adds to what the company already knows, so each person starts further ahead than the last.
The problem
Every agent session is a private context that ends when the person stops, so the gain stays with whoever was in the chair. Speeding up one part of the work does not speed up the firm, since the bottleneck has moved to the edges between people, agents, and teams. The company keeps paying for speed it never receives.
AI made individuals faster, and that has not made companies more productive. Closing the gap between individual speed and company productivity is the reason OneWorld AI exists.
