# Integrations

Integrations bring useful work context into OneWorld AI and help sessions stay
connected to the tools your team already uses.

## What integrations are for

Use integrations to connect:

* issue trackers
* code hosting tools
* communication tools
* customer or support workflows
* AI coding tools

The exact integrations available depend on your Organization plan and team setup.

## Connect an integration

<Note>Integrations currently support GitHub only.</Note>

Organization admins can connect integrations from Organization settings. After an
integration is connected, team members may be asked to authorize their own
account or choose the projects they want to use.

## Keep context useful

An integration should make sessions easier to understand. Link to the source of
truth, but summarize the action needed inside the session so teammates do not
have to chase every external thread.

## Access and permissions

OneWorld AI respects Organization and project access. If someone cannot open an
integrated item, ask an admin to confirm their permissions in both OneWorld AI
and the connected tool.

## Request a new integration

If your team needs an integration that is not available, collect the workflow,
who needs it, and what outcome it should support. Share that with your Organization
owner or OneWorld AI contact.
