# Insights

Insights help your team understand activity across sessions, Agents, projects,
and collaboration.

## Review team activity

Open the Insights tab to see how work is moving through your Organization. Use
Insights to understand what is active, what needs attention, and where AI is
helping your team.

Only admins can see this page.
