# Agents

Agents help your team move work forward with AI. Use this page to view the
Agents available in your Organization and understand which ones are ready for
your team to use.

## View your Agents

Open the Agents tab to see the Agents available to your Organization. Each Agent
can support a different type of work, project, or team workflow.

## Choose the right Agent

Pick the Agent that matches what you want to do. Some Agents are better for
asking questions, while others are better for coding, debugging, reviewing, or
continuing project work.

## Work with Agents in sessions

When you create or continue a session, choose the Agent that should help with
the work. Your team can keep the discussion, decisions, and AI output together
in the same session.
